Discovery & Concept — finding the vision for your space

Choose this when you know the space isn't working but not yet what it should become. This service is about discovery: understanding how you live, what you're drawn to, and what the space needs to do. We translate that into a concept — mood, layout direction and material palette — that becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

E-Design — a complete design, delivered remotely

Choose this when the direction is clear and you want the full design documented, ready to buy from. You get a complete design package without an in-person visit. Perfect for clients who are comfortable managing their own purchasing and installation but want expert-level design direction. You'll receive a complete set of design documents you can work through at your own pace.

How much do your interior design services cost?

Every service is quoted before any work begins, so you always know the cost up front. The Consultancy Hour and E-Design are fixed-fee. Discovery & Concept is quoted per project, because scope varies with the number of rooms involved. Send an enquiry describing your space and we'll come back with a figure.

Is my project too small for an interior designer?

No. The Consultancy Hour exists precisely for single-room problems, a layout that isn't working, or a decision you're stuck on. Plenty of clients start there and never need anything more.

Do I have to be local to work with you?

No. E-Design is delivered entirely remotely, and the Consultancy Hour can be run over video call. Discovery and Concept can be run either way — tell us where you are and we will confirm what is possible.

Can I start small and upgrade later?

Yes. Many clients begin with a Consultancy Hour to test the working relationship, then move up to Discovery & Concept or E-Design once the direction is clear.

How long does a project take?

A Consultancy Hour is booked and delivered within days. Discovery & Concept typically runs one to two weeks, and E-Design two to three weeks from the completed brief.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We read it properly and reply within 1–2 business days with the service we'd recommend, what it includes and what it costs. There's no cost and no obligation at that stage.
