What Happens Next

We read every enquiry ourselves and reply within 1–2 business days with the service we'd recommend and what it costs. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed at that stage.

Am I committing to anything by enquiring?

No. An enquiry is a conversation. We'll reply with a recommendation and a price, and you decide from there — there's no cost and no obligation to proceed.

What if I don't know which service I need?

Choose "Not sure yet" in the form. Telling us what isn't working is enough — recommending the right starting point is part of what we do.

Do you work with small budgets?

Yes. The Consultancy Hour is designed for exactly that — one hour of expert direction so you can spend your budget well. Tell us your range and we'll be straight with you about what's realistic.

I'm not local. Can you still help?

Yes — E-Design is delivered entirely remotely, and consultations can run over video call. Discovery & Concept works remotely too, or in person if you would prefer.
